Kimball Highland – Opening Summer 2025
This 143,000 square foot facility in the heart of National City will house a San Diego PACE, offering all-inclusive care for the elderly, and a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing primary health services, dental care, and behavioral health services to the community.
Julian Family Medicine — Opening Summer 2025
This 5,976 square foot facility will offer a Federally Quality Health Center, providing primary health services, dental care, and behavioral health services to the Julian community.
Joe & Vi Jacobs Center — Opening Early 2026
This 73,000 square foot building will feature an after-hours urgent care, enhancing access to medical services for the community. It will also house a San Diego PACE Center, offering all-inclusive care for the elderly in Southeast San Diego.
Chula Vista Specialty Care — Opening Early 2026
This 63,000 square foot building will house our specialty care services offering women’s health, specialty dental services, and our internal medicine residency program in heart of Chula Vista.
