Are you a free clinic?

We are not a free clinic. San Ysidro Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center offering high-quality, affordable healthcare.

If you have government-issued medical insurance, such as Medi-Cal, you may qualify for medical care at no cost to you. If you do not have government-issued medical insurance, you can apply for our affordable sliding scale fee discount program or request a self-pay payment plan.

Regardless of your ability to pay, San Ysidro Health will work hard to meet your medical needs.

If I am a registered patient of San Ysidro Health, how can I get help after hours?

If you experience a life-threatening medical emergency at any time of day or night, please call 9-1-1 for emergency medical assistance.

If your issue is non-life-threatening and you are a registered patient that needs help after our normal hours of operation, please call (619) 662-4100. San Ysidro Health has an after-hours call system and you will be connected to a medical professional for help and guidance.
