Mobile Community Vaccination Program
San Ysidro Health now offers immunizations in central and south San Diego through the Mobile Preventive Health Services Department, in partnership with the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. Our mobile vaccination program is designed to address access barriers for vulnerable and medically underserved populations by bringing essential services directly to the community.
Through this program, we aim to:
- Provide immunizations in accessible, convenient community locations.
- Reduce transportation and access challenges to vaccination services.
- Foster community connections to promote health equity and preventive care.
Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and your community from vaccine-preventable diseases.
San Ysidro Health offers COVID-19 and flu vaccines for everyone, regardless of insurance status.
