Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

San Ysidro Health offers services through our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) to patients ages 18 and over who suffer from serious mental illness and severe substance use disorders.

CCBHC provides outpatient behavioral health services and primary care screening and monitoring with the goal to provide:

  • Community-based mental and substance use disorder services
  • Combined behavioral health and physical health care
  • Evidence-based practices
  • Improved access to high-quality care
  • Care coordination and case management to address all needs of the individual
  • Better overall health outcomes

Services include:

  • Psychiatry
  • Psychotherapy
  • Case Management
  • Peer Support Services
  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counseling
  • Addiction Medicine Services
