Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center (FRC) helps families with application assistance for food stamps, housing, gas and electric bill support, domestic violence referrals, legal assistance, and other support services.
Social workers at the FRC can help determine what you need and connect you to available resources within the community.
The FRC is located on the 2nd floor of Maternal & Child Health Center.
Services include:
- CalFresh assistance
- Housing assistance
- Employment assistance
- Disability assistance
- Case management
- Community outreach
- Internal and external referrals for services
- 211 San Diego Community Information Exchange (CIE) support
- Social Determinants of Health Assessments
- New Patient appointments
- Medi-Cal and Medicare referrals

To access services at the FRC, visit us at our location listed below. Walk-ins are welcome. You can also contact the FRC at (619) 205-6325, extension/option 3. To schedule an appointment with a social worker, please call in advance.
