San Ysidro Health offers onsite health clinics at Southwest High School (South San Diego) and Lincoln High School (Southeastern San Diego).
The clinics are open on weekdays from 8 AM to 12 noon. Students who need medical care for minor illnesses, sports physicals and physical exams can go to these clinics without leaving the school campus.
For students to access services at their school’s clinic, parents must complete a consent form. To request a consent form or schedule an appointment, students should visit the school nurse’s office.
